Positions 1-32:  Reserved for the quickest teams in the qualifying session.

Positions 33-36: Reserved for full time teams ranking highest in owner points not already in the field.

Positions 37-40: Reserved for full time teams that bring the same driver, car, and hauler to every race. (Golden A owners)

Position 41: Reserved for past driver or owner champion. If not used, the position is given to the next Golden A owner not already in the field.


NOTE:  Past driver/owner champions can elect to use or not elect to use the past champion provisional.  Drivers or owners can forgo the first two provisional brackets (33-36, 37-40) to use the provisional.  Teams must meet minimum speed to use provisionals.

Position 43: Reserved for past driver or owner champion. If not used, the position is given to the next Golden A owner not already in the field.  If there are no more teams Golden A eligible, the field is set at 42.
